  7. Release of Information (if applicable)
  8. If you would like to update a service provider, program, employer, or advocate on your progress, please complete the Release of Information form below. Often this form is used for GED students who are required to report their hours as part of a contract with a provider or employer.  Release of Information Form 
  9. Create an account on GED.com . This is where you will schedule your official test. More information on this below. To get started, this is a great place to learn about the GED and its 4 areas.
